Two apps from Jacked
Train.
Or train someone.
Jacked Workout is a free iPhone logbook for lifting on your own or with a partner. Jacked Coach is a separate app for personal trainers who write programs for their clients. Pick the one that fits how you train.
Jacked Workout · Free · iPhone
Your logbook. Nobody else’s server.
A calendar of every session, a fast set logger that shows what you lifted last time, and a history that tells you how much work you’ve actually done.

Lift together, log together
Put several people on one screen. Each lifter gets a color, their own sets and their own history, so one phone covers the whole rack.
873 exercises built in
Every one tagged with its equipment and muscles, so History can show which muscle groups you’ve been training and which you’ve skipped.
Your log stays on your phone
No account, no server, no analytics. Nothing about your training leaves your device unless you send it somewhere yourself.
Reads Apple Health
Bodyweight and cardio workouts come in from Health, read-only, so your trend and your runs sit next to your lifts.
AI coach, your choice of AI
Hand your training to Claude or ChatGPT, on your terms.
Jacked writes a summary of your last eight weeks to a folder in your own iCloud Drive. Point your assistant at that folder and it can read the brief and write routines back. Nothing is added until you approve it. Jacked doesn’t connect to any AI service itself.
Needs a Mac or PC to reach the iCloud Drive folder.

Jacked Coach · Coming soon
Coaching that doesn’t stop at the gym door.
For personal trainers with remote or hybrid clients. You write the program on the web, your clients follow it on their phones, and you see what they actually did, not just whether they opened the app.

- 01
Write the program
Build phases of any length, weeks, training days and A/B/C blocks on the web. Prescribe sets, rep ranges, weight, RPE, rest, tempo and coaching notes, and attach a demo video to any exercise.
- 02
Clients follow it on their phone
Their calendar shows every scheduled session. They log actual weight, reps and RPE against your prescription, swap an exercise with a reason when they have to, rate the session, and check in on sleep, soreness, energy and stress each morning.
- 03
You see what actually happened
The dashboard flags missed sessions, substitutions and low recovery scores before you go looking. Prescribed and actual sit side by side, set by set, and messages stay with the client they belong to.

Coach is on its way.
If you train clients and want to talk about using it, send an email.
Which one is yours
Two apps, not two tiers.
Workout isn’t a free version of Coach, and Coach isn’t Workout with extras. They’re built for different people and run separately.
